Job Summary
We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join an international customer support operation based in Lisbon. This is a full-time on-site role supporting German-speaking customers across multiple service channels. The position operates on rotational shifts and offers a competitive compensation package including a 3000 Welcome Bonus.
What You Will Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in German via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Resolve issues professionally following defined procedures and quality standards
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer cases
Working Hours & Schedule
Initial Phase:
- Monday to Sunday
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 23:00
- 2 rotational days off per week
Requirements
- Native or C2-level German (mandatory)
- English B2 level or higher
- Previous experience in customer service call center or support roles is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and confidence using CRM systems
- Legal authorization to work in Portugal
