Principal Accountabilities
- Prepare periodic financial reports for subsidiaries in Latin America North America and SEC (Seiko Corporation) within the required deadlines.
- Coordinate the accumulation and recording of financial data in accounting books.
- Prepare daily reports as assigned or required within established deadlines.
- Prepare analysis and reconciliations of assigned accounts.
- Ensure compliance with the companys financial and accounting standards across the Latin America and North America regions.
- Guarantee the timely and accurate presentation of financial information from subsidiaries.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts communicate and resolve discrepancies with finance personnel in Latin America and North America.
- Participate in the maintenance and improvement of processes for Latin American and North American subsidiaries.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for Latin America and North America.
- Support subsidiaries in coordinating internal and external audit functions in Latin America and North America.
Principal Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting completed.
- Over 5 years of experience working in Accounting.
- Knowledge of intercompany accounting accounts payable and inventory management.
- Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP.
- Conversational English required.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
