Key job responsibilities
Partner with PMO and Learning teams to plan and execute launches ensuring committed timelines and quality standards are met
Own the end-to-end onboarding process of new partners and operations from initial project planning through launch ramp-up and successful knowledge/process transfer
Lead expansion meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for all launch-related activities
Own and drive all expansion stages including intakes cross-functional alignments and stakeholder coordination
Develop maintain and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for launches and related topics
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners influencing without authority to deliver results
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that scale across the organization
Travel 40-50% of the time to support on-site launches and partner engagement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup VBA data links etc.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in project or program management
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
