Job Summary

Position: WFM Manager

Location: São Paulo Brazil

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: on-site

Benefits: base salary.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies policies and procedures aligned with business objectives
  • Forecast staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage and skill allocation
  • Oversee scheduling processes to ensure efficiency fairness and cost control
  • Manage workforce management systems for time attendance and capacity planning
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce planning with business strategy
  • Lead coach and develop workforce management and BI teams (15-20 employees)
  • Monitor and report on key workforce metrics including staffing levels productivity overtime and costs
  • Manage workforce management budgets and resource allocation
  • Drive operational best practices and process optimization
  • Design and implement training programs for workforce management teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and standards
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Proactively address operational challenges and support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce management or people operations leadership roles
  • Native/fluent in Portuguese. Advanced English communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and reporting solutions
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced evolving environments
  • Understanding of Brazilian labour legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style
  • Successful applicants must be able to spend the initial 23 months of employment at the Bogotá (Colombia) office as part of the training and onboarding process.
