Position: WFM Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies policies and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Forecast staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage and skill allocation
- Oversee scheduling processes to ensure efficiency fairness and cost control
- Manage workforce management systems for time attendance and capacity planning
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce planning with business strategy
- Lead coach and develop workforce management and BI teams (15-20 employees)
- Monitor and report on key workforce metrics including staffing levels productivity overtime and costs
- Manage workforce management budgets and resource allocation
- Drive operational best practices and process optimization
- Design and implement training programs for workforce management teams
- Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and standards
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Proactively address operational challenges and support business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce management or people operations leadership roles
- Native/fluent in Portuguese. Advanced English communication skills written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and reporting solutions
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced evolving environments
- Understanding of Brazilian labour legislation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style
- Successful applicants must be able to spend the initial 23 months of employment at the Bogotá (Colombia) office as part of the training and onboarding process.
