Description
We are looking for a Lead iOS Developer whos built and shipped serious apps made hard technical calls and taken responsibility when things didnt go to plan.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Youll set technical direction own the iOS architecture and lead by example from design decisions to App Store releases. You wont just write code - youll define standards unblock the team and raise the quality bar across the entire iOS practice.

What Youll Do
Own the iOS technical vision - architecture patterns tooling and best practices
- Lead development across the full app lifecycle from concept to App Store and beyond
- Make clear pragmatic decisions in ambiguous situations
- Drive code quality through reviews standards and example
- Mentor and support other iOS developers helping them grow fast and safely
- Collaborate closely with product backend and design to shape features early
- Take responsibility for performance stability and long-term maintainability
What Were Looking For

6 years of professional iOS development experience

Proven experience leading iOS development on one or more production apps

Strong portfolio of shipped maintained apps (youve lived with your decisions)

Deep Swift expertise - architecture performance and trade-offs

Strong understanding of UIKit and SwiftUI and when to use each

End-to-end ownership mindset: UI domain logic APIs analytics releases

Comfortable setting direction saying no when needed and defending decisions

Experience mentoring developers or acting as a technical reference point
