Crafted Highlights:

In the role of a Summer Field Sales Representative inToronto Core/GTA you will be part of theOntariosales teams. You will be exposed to theever growingfast pacedbeverage industry. You will engage in real-world problem solving and be immersed in social and educational opportunities with other representatives.

The contract is full-time beginning in May and ending in August. Upongraduation representatives may be eligible for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company.

This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with the Territory Sales Representatives Merchandisers and other teams fromdifferent functions

WhatYoullBe Brewing:

  • Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with afocus on sales and marketing the consumer and analytics

  • Merchandising - Setting up signage merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and events.

  • Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers customers and members within your community

  • Reporting Understanding andidentifyingbusiness performancedistributionand volume opportunities within on-premises customers.

  • You will be part of a small group that will be responsible to present key insights and recommendations to build on the role of SUMMER FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summer

Key Ingredients:

  • You are a third or fourth year pursuing aUniversity or College degree

  • You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed including some evenings and weekends and light travel

  • You have a valid drivers license with no limitations/restrictions. You willbe requiredto provide a recent copy of a Drivers Abstract You have (or can get) your Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent)

  • You are a resident of (or familiar with) assigned territory

  • You have an innate ability to build empathy with consumersin particular millennialsand diverse consumers.

  • Youbuild relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

  • You take accountability for results acting with integrity and honoring commitments

  • You have a thirst for learning you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
