生産品質の問題提起と改善立案実行を関連部門と協議のもと進めていく責任を持ちます

先端DRAM半導体製品における効率改善を進めものづくりを推進する役割です

業務詳細

安全トレーニングを受講しマイクロン安全ポリシーに従い業務を遂行する

WET/CMPエリア内でのプロセス改善活動をリードする

高品質の量産技術の確立に向けて多角的に活動し改善を進める

システムの改善を提案実行し生産性を向上させる業務を進める

プロセス異常品に対して的確な処置判断を行い安全かつ迅速にロットをリリースする

慢性的な問題に対しProjectをリードし改善を進める

24時間FabをまわせるSustaining teamを構築していく

要件全条件を必ずしも満足してなくてもよい

基本的な半導体に関する知識を有する

最先端技術に興味を持ち仕事に前向きに取り組むことができる

半導体関係工場にてエンジニアまたはテクニシャンT3以上としての経験を１年以上有する

社内社外問わず関係部門とコミュニケーションを図る能力を有する

日本語でのコミュニケーションを円滑に行う事ができる

Microsoft OfficeExcel PowerPoint Wordなどの基本的なソフトウェアを使用できる

データに基づいた問題点抽出や課題の整理を行い改善を進めることができる

物理化学機械電気等の基礎知識について大学卒業以上の知識を有することが望ましい

自己管理業務面健康面ができる

英語の辞書を用いた読み書きができる英語を学ぶ意欲がある
