About the role:
Our team are self-starting agile and thrive on bringing past experiences to new and diverse challenges. They are happy to work as individuals or as part of multi-disciplinary teams to provide hands-on client facing services to our clients in the capital markets area supporting them with large business and regulatory change programmes and with enhancing their governance controls and risk frameworks. Our client base is primarily large global banks where we typically work with their Front Office Risk Operations and Finance functions often cross-functionally. We support them with large business and regulatory change programmes and with enhancing their governance controls and risk frameworks. These services can be in the form of implementation support consulting advice or independent reviews. The scope of our work is broad and focused on the biggest issues facing our clients. We are therefore looking for agile individuals who thrive on working across a range of subject matter. Examples of recent topics we have supported our clients with include: booking model changes RCSA redesign ESG reporting and eTrading governance risk and control.
What your days will look like:
As a Senior Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
