Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Turnkey Associate Director to join Turner and Towsend. This is a key role within the business and combines client project management consultancy services with contractor project management services to provide a holistic project programme and contract management of out clients commissions cross the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Promote develop and lead project construction and contract management services within turkey and integrated project solutions to our clients.
- Manage and report on the performance of project construction and contract management services.
- Work to complement services and then grow those services to warrant recruitment to support the same.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and implementation of appropriate tools to develop the business
- Ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of value added project oncytruction and contract management services
Qualifications :
- Demonstrable technical expertise in the delivery of contractor project Management services and managing a small team of professionals
- Experience of delivering consultancy project management services
- Industry related degree & RICS or CIOB Chartered status
- Experience providing Turkney solutions within a consultancy environment.
