About the Team

About the Role

As a Functional Consultant you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workdays applications for our customers. Youll partner closely with clients to understand their business processes design and configure Workday solutions and guide them through deployment to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Your role combines functional expertise consulting skills and a customer-first attitude to help organizations realize the full value of Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end implementation of Workdays HCM suite

• Translate client business requirements into functional designs and Workday configurations.

• Build and present prototype solutions to demonstrate how Workday can meet client needs.

• Apply Workdays validated implementation methodology on every engagement.

• Contribute to the development of internal tools templates and accelerators that improve project delivery.

• Cultivate positive relationships with customers by providing clear communication proactive mentorship and a solutions-oriented approach.
