Job Summary

The Senior Designer plays a key role in shaping and elevating Redoxs visual presenceacross marketing brand and communications. This position is responsible for producinghigh-quality design work that tells compelling stories supports product and marketinginitiatives and maintains consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate bringsstrong creative judgment a refined sense of craft and the ability to scale systems andtemplates for a fast-moving cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns product launches presentations events and social media
Create visual materials that communicate complex ideas clearly and eﬀectively
Build and maintain scalable templates in Figma Canva and G Suite to supportdistributed teams and ensure brand consistency
Design and deliver assets for HubSpot (emails landing pages automationworkflows) and WordPress (site visuals page layouts)
Establish and maintain asset libraries naming conventions and version controlprocesses
Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to produce high-quality visuals forcustomer-facing initiatives
Maintain and evolve Redoxs visual identity system ensuring brand consistencyacross all materials
Contribute to the ongoing development of Redoxs brand standards and creative frameworks

Core Design Tools

Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop (After Eﬀects orPremiere experience a plus)

Figma for creative design system management and component creation

Canva for developing and maintaining marketing templates used bynon-design teams

Marketing and Web Platforms

HubSpot for creating and managing branded assets for campaigns andemail templates

WordPress for updating and maintaining web visuals and collaborating onpage design

Collaboration and Workflow

Google Workspace (G Suite): Slides Docs and Sheets for designdocumentation and communication

Atlassian Suite (Jira Confluence Trello) for tracking design deliverablescollaborating on projects and maintaining visibility across teams

Qualifications and Skills

6 years of professional experience across brand marketing andcommunication design
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and storytelling acrossdigital and print
Deep understanding of composition hierarchy typography and color
Proven ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear engaging visuals
Experience designing within and contributing to brand or design systems
Strong attention to detail time management and cross-functional collaboration
Comfort operating in an agile fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B SaaS healthtech or technical storytelling
Motion or animation skills (After Eﬀects Lottie or equivalent)
Familiarity with HTML CSS or CMS design constraints
Experience developing scalable brand systems or component libraries
