What you will do:
Provide administrative support Cardiovascular & Inflammation Franchises (sales marketing and medical) and Commercial Insight Team to ensure tasks completion and compliant to Amgen policies and SOPs
Responsible forprocure-to-pay function for the assigned teams
Track expenses for the assigned teams against budget
Assistwith project development and planning to ensure efficient execution and organization
Assistcommercial teams in implementation of activities and key events

What we expect of you:
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role supporting marketing and sales function
Pharmaceutical industry experience will beadvantageous
Experience in event management support and related logistical arrangement
Experience in vendor management
Proficiencyin written verbal and presentation skills in English
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel PowerPoint and Word
Highly competent in organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Possess discretion in dealing with proprietary information
1-year contract with potential for renewal or conversion to full-time employee
