The CN Lending Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategy and execution in our China market. This role focuses on digital channels and data-driven marketing complementing the teams existing strength in offline events partner relationships and seller engagement. You will develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels and build partnerships with internal teams to drive program adoption. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership combining strategic thinking with operational excellence in Chinas dynamic business environment.

Basic Qualifications
6 years of professional marketing experience in digital marketing growth marketing or product marketing roles
Track record of designing and running marketing experiments (e.g. A/B testing) with rapid iteration comfort making decisions with incomplete data.
Proven track record using data and metrics to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions
Advanced proficiency with Excel SQL or analytics platforms for data analysis and visualization
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment with cross-functional teams
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
8 years of marketing experience with demonstrated progression in scope and complexity
Experience in e-commerce fintech digital products or financial services industries
Proven success building and scaling marketing programs in China
Understanding of Chinas SMB digital marketing space
Experience building a digital marketing channel or program from zero in the China market (WeChat or similar platforms).
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing without direct authority
Track record of building strategic partnerships that drive business outcomes
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations
Experience with marketing automation and performance marketing tools
Fluency in Mandarin and English; excellent communication skills

Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lending program adoption across diverse seller segments
Define measurement frameworks and KPIs; drive continuous optimization based on performance data
Lead coordination across multiple partners toward unified customer value propositions
Own marketing contribution to regional business objectives
Cross-Functional Partnership Development
Build strategic partnerships with internal teams including seller-facing organizations logistics and payments teams
Establish working relationships with account management teams and regional stakeholders
Design co-marketing initiatives including joint content development educational programs and collaborative campaigns
Integrate lending messaging into relevant seller lifecycle touchpoints and communication channels
Navigate organizational dynamics to align stakeholders and influence priorities
Multi-Channel Marketing Leadership
Transform owned and offsite digital channels into strategic campaign platforms aligned with business milestones and seller needs
Build digital marketing infrastructure including social media presence and optimized customer outreach
Build and launch Amazon Lendings WeChat marketing presence from account setup and regulatory compliance through content strategy audience acquisition and engagement measurement.
Manage marketing budget allocation across channels optimizing efficiency and effectiveness
Data-Driven Optimization
Analyze data to derive actionable insights on customer behavior channel performance and conversion drivers
Conduct testing across content segmentation formats and timing to optimize effectiveness
Document plans results and learnings; share insights across teams
Monitor funnel metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Drive marketing automation process standardization and scalable mechanisms
