Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - AI Practice Leader
As the AI Practice Leader you will define scale and operationalize Genpacts AI and ML capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of AI. You will lead innovation asset creation practice development and presales strategy to shape Genpacts market differentiation.

Responsibility:
Innovation & Technology Leadership
oIdentify high-impact AI/ML use cases and convert them into scalable enterprise-ready solutions.
oOwn and evolve the AI/ML capability and technology roadmap aligned with emerging trends and business priorities.
oLead experimentation prototyping and development of advanced AI capabilities.
Asset Build & Reusable IP Development
oBuild AI/ML assets accelerators frameworks and reusable components
oDefine standards architectures and best practices ensuring scalability security and compliance.
oIndustrialize successful pilots into robust enterprise-grade assets.
Practice Development & Capability Building
oBuild and mature the AI/ML practice with operating models talent strategies and performance expectations.
oDrive continuous learning and upskilling to develop a high-performing organization.
oIntegrate AI into business processes with cross-functional collaboration.
Presales Client & Business Enablement
oShape AI-led offerings solution narratives and commercial constructs.
oSupport presales cycles with solution architectures and execution models.
oAdvise clients on AI adoption operating models governance and change management.
Governance Risk & Performance
oEstablish governance standards for AI development data usage and ethical deployment.
oDefine KPIs to measure innovation velocity asset reuse and business impact.
oManage risks across technology delivery and regulatory domains.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Data Science Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).
Significant experience leading AI ML or data practices at scale preferably in senior leadership roles.
Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques data platforms and analytics architectures.
Proven ability to lead large teams and complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Preferred qualifications /Skills

Experience scaling AI solutions from pilot to production in enterprise environments.
Strong strategic and operational judgement with a focus on execution and outcomes.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with internal teams partners and clients.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach adept at identifying market trends needs and opportunities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
