What Youll Be Doing

The Short Version:

Were looking for a Senior Social Producer & Community Manager for The Hustle. This role blends strategy and execution: working crossfunctionally to set a direction for our social channels creating original on-camera video content repackaging existing Hustle content for new audiences to discover and building an engaged community.

The Senior Social Producer & Community Manager will be expected to drive meaningful growth for the Hustle media ecosystem. Youll have autonomy to experiment react to trending topics and shape how millions of people experience The Hustle every day.

What Youll Actually Be Doing

Channel Ownership:

Voice our social and community channels:
- Youll manage the daily posting schedule for TikTok Reels X LinkedIn and the YouTube Community tab.
  - You hit Publish and you own the results.
Quiet on the set:
- Youll spend part of your week in the field (or in the studio) producing original unconventional business short form social first content.
  - Youre finding the stories scripting them and filming them.
The Remix Engine:
- Youll take The Hustle newsletter and our YT deep-dives and translate them for social.
  - You arent just copy-pasting; youre re-imagining the data for a 60-second attention span.
Community In-The-Trenches:
- Youll spend time every day in the comments and Community tabs.
  - Youre answering questions keeping the conversation going and rewarding most engaged community members.
Funnel Building:
- Youll constantly be looking at the numbers tracking what social content is best at converting viewers into newsletter and YouTube subscribers.

Youre Tech-Fluent:

You use AI to speed up the boring stuff (transcriptions basic edits research) so you can focus on the high-level creative.

You Have The Eye:

You know what a good thumbnail looks like and you know when a hook is falling flat.

Youre Scrappy:

Youre comfortable experimenting with different content formats and youve edited short form social content in the past with ease.
You have access to resources but if you need to cover a story you can do it on your own with a few tools.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:

$92000$138000 USD
