Overview

The Supervisoris responsible fordeveloping andmaintainingworkingrelationships with referring and/or attending physicians and school administrators. Responsible and accountable for daily operations coordination of work quality of service achievement of operationcenter goalsobjectives customer satisfaction and meeting regulatory requirements through providing technicalexpertisewithin schools therapy centers and events. Facilitates andmonitorsthe work processes of the ATC teams. Develops implements andmonitorscompliance with a unit operating budget. The supervisoris responsible fordeveloping clinical specialties across facilities and is involved in growth and expansion the development execution and marketing of assigned Sentara rehab service line. Manages the team bydeterminingcomplex and high-quality strategies and of by seeking feedback and looking for opportunities for improvement. Demonstrates self-awareness by using self-awareness and evaluating feedback. Holds others and is self-accountable for actions. Seeks input and looks for opportunities to improve teams as needed.

Education

  • Bachelors Level DegreeinAthletic Trainingrequired

Certification/Licensure

  • CertifiedAthletic Trainer (ATC) - Certification Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC)required

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification American Heart Association (AHA) RQI

Experience
