Job Summary

We are a custom furniture manufacturer looking for a Machine Sander to support production finishing. This role uses sanding machines not hand sanding. The right candidate is detail-oriented reliable and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment focused on high-quality custom-built furniture.

This is not general labor. We are looking for someone with prior machine sanding or production finishing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operate industrial sanding machines to finish custom furniture components
Inspect pieces for surface quality and consistency
Adjust machine settings as needed to meet finish specifications
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Work closely with production and finishing teams to meet deadlines

Requirements

Experience operating sanding machines or similar production equipment
Manufacturing or woodworking environment experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English required
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
