Pronto Staffing is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team.
Job Summary
Pronto Staffing is hiring a dependable person to operate production equipment in a local manufacturing facility. This role involves making high-quality products keeping the work area safe and helping the team meet daily goals. We are looking for someone who is ready to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate machines and equipment to manufacture products
Use forklifts to move materials as needed
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment
Complete production reports and paperwork for each shift
Use tools like sanders grinders and tape measures
Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements
Must be able to read a tape measure and use basic math
Experience with mechanical troubleshooting or repair
Ability to use basic computer programs comfortably
Must be able to read and write in English
Experience operating a forklift is preferred
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule including overtime
Work Environment
Stand for 12-hour shifts on concrete floors
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Work in a facility that is not climate-controlled (may be hot or cold)
Wear required safety gear including steel-toe boots
