Job Summary
Join the team at S & L Motors as a Collision Center Painter in Pulaski this role you will be responsible for expertly preparing and painting vehicles to restore their appearance following collisions. You will work closely with the collision repair team to ensure high-quality finishes that meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding masking and priming surfaces.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other tools to achieve an even professional finish.
- Mix paint and match colors accurately to original factory specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality and make necessary touch-ups.
- Collaborate with collision repair technicians to ensure vehicle repairs and finishes meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an auto body painter or similar collision center role.
- Ability to work with a variety of paints and finishes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to paint shop operations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
