As a Security Officer at ABM UK you willbe responsible forensuring the safety and security of our clients premises and personnel. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism. You will be part of a dynamic team that is focused on providing exceptional service andmaintainingour reputation as a trusted partner in facility management.

Patrol designated areas of the premises and ensure the security and safety of employees visitors and property

Monitorsurveillance systems and report any suspicious activities or incidents

Respond to alarms and emergenciesin a timely mannerand escalate as necessary

Conduct regular inspections toidentifyand address potential security risks

Enforce access control policies and procedures tomaintainthe integrity of the premises

Assistwith the implementation and maintenance of security protocols and procedures

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver security awareness training programs

Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role

Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures

Strong observational and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm and react quickly in high-pressure situations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
