Job Summary

A new chapter begins welcome to Tribera!
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to support our Finance team in daily operational tasks. You will ensure smooth invoice processing accurate data maintenance and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders in a digital finance environment.
What Youll Do:
  • Verify and process incoming invoices within the digital approval system
  • Prepare issue and reconcile customer invoices according to company policies
  • Maintain and update supplier and customer master data in the accounting system
  • Coordinate with suppliers customers and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Monitor approval workflows payment deadlines overdue receivables and support collection activities
  • Perform regular AR/AP reconciliations and assist with month-end closing
  • Generate reports such as AR aging and payment performance to support financial insights
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and schedules


What Were Looking For:
  • Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in finance accounting or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel); ERP/accounting system experience is a plus
  • Structured accurate and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
