Job Summary

This isnt a back-office support role. Youll be directly involved in strategy motion work discovery and even trial preparation. Whether youre working in-office or remotely your contributions will shape high-profile cases that impact the integrity of the legal system.
What Youll Do
- Take the lead on reviewing and analyzing complex legal files
- Draft persuasive motions briefs and pleadings
- Contribute to discovery depositions and trial prep
- Identify and elevate pivotal issues in litigation strategy
- Collaborate with partners who are known leaders in professional liability defense
What Were Looking For
- Experience in professional liability or complex litigation
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
- Trial or arbitration support experience is a plus
