SECONDMENT - Interim Digital & Technology lead Germany (m/f/d)

TheInterimDirectorDigital& Technologyisthe primaryengagement leadwithin Germany. The director will be accountable forproactive partnership &thedelivery of theoverallPfizer Digital& Technologyperformance and operationsfor the country/function. The director is in charge ofensuring outcomes bydeveloping and implementing unifiedPfizer Digital& AIplansacross the country

• Leadthe overall development of the countrydigital & AIplan&ensure executionacross the market

• Define & own clearoutcome basedmeasurementswith business sponsors and input fromappropriate PfizerDigital& Technologygroups to meetcountry priorities

• Proactively partner withthe German CLTto drive innovative use of technology data and/or digital (existing new) to create value and superior experiences for patients HCPspayersandcolleagues

• Drive & inspireall colleagues on theAI fluency &digital transformation journey

• Lead & advise onAI &digital and technology topics and trendsopportunitiesand internal Pfizer Digital capabilitiesin support of ourblue printambition.

• Leadgovernancetoprioritizeand manage allPfizer Digital& Technologydemand forcountry.Clearly communicate prioritized demand and needs/requirements to allappropriatePfizerDigital& Technologygroups on an ongoing basis.

• Prepare andsupportannualPfizer Digital& Technologybudget forfunction/countrywith input fromappropriatePfizerDigitalgroups.

• Work withappropriatePfizerDigital& Technologygroups toleverageand scale products and solutions across customers and geographies as appropriate

• Own & be a catalyst foridentifyingopportunitiesforreinventionleading togrowth & efficiency using AI that goes beyond transformation.

• Demonstrate a strong curiosity for technology innovation and be an early adopter role model for AI capabilities.

• Be driven by a speed to value mindset underpinned by proof points embedded in rapid prototypesin partnership with the Forward Impact Teams

About you:

Basis Qualification:

• Higher level technical qualification or degree
  

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred Education: BS MBA

• PreferredDiscipline(s):Information Technology Computer Science. Data science/AI/ML

• very good german and english language skills
  

Experience:

• Consulting experience preferred

• Demonstrated strategic thought partnership & ability to drive transformation

• Experience of aligning senior stakeholders andfacilitatingconflict

• Communicating informationwith confidence & clarity to internal & external senior stakeholders

• Strength in managing multiple projects and/or programs (i.e. collection of sub-projects)

• Proven ability to influence without authority a wide range of senior stakeholders

• Strong knowledgeofAI Data Science &Digitalwithin &/oroutside of Pharma (preferred)

• Ability to prototype & use core AI tools e.g. co-pilot co-pilot studio for fast delivery of ideas to MVP (preferred)

• High AI literacy with a proven curiosity to stay relevant with the latest developments & drive the team & peers to follow

• Commercial experience (sales marketing commercial operations etc.)preferred

• Strong ability to engage cross functional teams to deliver on time and within budget

• Proven ability to build strong teams; recruit top talent and develop colleagues of all levels

• Line management of one or more colleagues across multiple countries

Pfizer Digital & Technology is a 7x24x365 operation.This role may require occasional physical or virtual participation on a weekend holiday or after normal business hours.
