Assembly Lead

Are you a natural problem solver who thrives on developing people and improving processes Were looking for an Assembly Lead who will elevate production performance while mentoring our next generation of this role youll guide a high-performing team champion continuous improvement and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Ensuring stations and team members are fully equipped with the right tools resources and training.

Monitoring production quality and ensuring only top-tier products move through your stations.

Maintaining and improving standard work procedures to support consistency and efficiency.

Identifying opportunities to enhance processes reduce waste and strengthen safety.

Providing hands-on coaching and mentorship to both new and experienced staff.

Ensuring new and transferred employees receive thorough effective training.

Supporting team members in developing technical skills problem-solving capacity and leadership potential.

Assisting directly with assembly tasks during bottlenecks or staff shortages.

Helping streamline materials flow and minimize waste.

Communicating clearly and consistently to support a high-trust collaborative work environment

Someone willing to learn our processes and product to become an expert.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose practical solutions.

A respectful team-centered communication style.

Experience or education in Lean principles and continuous improvement.

A proactive mindset and passion for developing others.

Mechanically inclined individuals that enjoy hands on work.
