Job Summary

Job Title: EUC & Audio Video Support Engineer Job Summary:

We are looking for an engineer to provide End User Computing (EUC) and Audio Video (AV) support at the client site. The engineer will support users with IT issues and ensure meeting room AV systems work properly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desktop and laptop support to end users.

Install and configure Windows OS software and applications.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Support printers scanners and other peripherals.

Set up and support meeting room AV equipment such as cameras microphones displays and video conferencing systems.

Assist users during online meetings and presentations.

Troubleshoot video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams Zoom or Webex.

Ensure AV systems are working before meetings.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Experience in desktop support / EUC support.

Basic knowledge of network and connectivity issues.

Experience supporting audio video and meeting room systems.

Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
