The Opportunity

This is a career-defining leadership role for an accomplished agency recruiter who wants to build lead and scale a national Sales & Marketing recruitment division.

Youll take ownership of the divisions growth strategy while remaining hands-on in billing and client development. This is a true billing management role where youll lead by example coach high performers and build a team that consistently delivers commercial results.

With offices across Australia and strong backing from a global group youll have the autonomy to shape the division your way with the support brand and infrastructure to scale it nationally.

• Proven experience leading a team in agency recruitment
• Existing client connectivity as well as ability to generate leads
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network effectively
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong personal billing track record
• Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and candidates
• Ability to lead and develop a team creating a culture of high performance
• Ambition to grow a scalable profitable division
