Senior Compensation Analyst

Reporting to the Sr Director Total Rewards the Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration and support of Fastlys compensation programs. This includes performing market research to ensure that Fastlys compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards preparing and reviewing data insights to inform salary structures and incentive plans ensure adherence to legal requirements and supporting our internal managers and business partners globally.

What Youll Do:

Perform support activities to develop implement and administer global compensation policies and programs. Support pay review cycles and equity programs
Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the companys competitive position
Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines policies and practices
Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment
Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action
May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation bonus plans sales compensation or equity compensation

What Were Looking For:

1-3 years of related work experience preferably 1-2 years in compensation analysis
Experience in compensation fundamentals (e.g. job matching and market pricing equity mechanics cyclical programs etc.)
Comfortable working with large amounts of data utilizing strong analytical skills to interpret compensation trends and build intelligence through reporting with high attention to data integrity
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills in communicating and interpreting compensation philosophy program design and recommendations
A proven ability to build trusting collaborative relationships and alliances with key stakeholders
Highly analytical with great attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities and effectively multitask
Desire to learn and grow in the compensation field

Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation
Experience in a high-growth fast-paced technology environment

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $123330.00 to $147996.00

Starting salary may vary based on permissible non-discriminatory factors such as experience skills qualifications and location.

This role may be eligible to participate in Fastlys equity and discretionary bonus programs.
