Job Summary
**Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care****Schedule:** Days: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm**Assignment Details:** Contract Length: 91 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week**Requirements:** - Current unrestricted Colorado license - Long-term care experience required - MDS experience preferred **Compliance / Notes:** - Shared housing is available furnished with Wi-Fi and cable (no pets no smoking) - RADIUS RULE: Travelers permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility. Local travelers will not be considered. - Direct billing facility: Invoices must be sent weekly to (invoices cannot be sent through QuickBooks emails). - Agency timecards are acceptable. **NOTE:** Profession and Specialty could not be confidently determined from mapped fields.
