Job Summary

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate and dedicated personal caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in Morgantown WV. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene including bathing grooming and dressing
- Help with mobility and transferring safely
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the appropriate parties
- Assist with medication reminders
Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Valid drivers license your own vehicle and up to date car insurance
- Background check clearance and ability to pass a drug screen
- Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed while building your own schedule
