Job Summary
We are looking for a talented AI and Automation Specialist to join a dynamic IT team in Port Elizabeth.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology automation and AI and wants to deliver impactful solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop implement and maintain AI-driven solutions
- Build test and monitor automation workflows using RPA and Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Document business processes and create a catalogue of automation capabilities
- Ensure quality of automation using QA techniques and best practices
- Partner with teams and vendors to scale automated solutions
- Continuously improve processes and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BCom Computer Science Engineering or related degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in AI RPA automation or software development
- Hands-on experience with:
- AI technologies and LLMs (including Chatbots/Prompt Engineering)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Dataverse Copilot Studio)
- RPA tools (UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate preferred)
- Software development (.NET C# JavaScript)
- Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
