For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Business Development (Senior) Advisor role. The exact level of position will be adjusted to the successful candidate individually based on their professional experience and how they present themselves during the recruitment process.
About the team
Join our global Business Development & Marketing team responsible for driving strategic client initiatives and revenue growth. Collaborating with lawyers and senior business stakeholders worldwide our team leads pitches client targeting directories campaigns and key cross-firm projects.
You will be responsible for
Shaping and coordinating business development plans with global stakeholders.
Leading the preparation of complex client-facing and pitch materials.
Managing end-to-end legal directory and award submissions.
Overseeing BD pipelines trackers and content across internal and external channels.
Driving adoption and effective use of BD tools including Salesforce.
Analysing BD activity gathering feedback and recommending improvements.
Building strong relationships across practices sectors and business teams.
Apply if you
Have a minimum of two years of experience in business development or marketing in professional services.
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and strong attention to detail.
Bring proven project management skills and the ability to prioritise under time pressure.
Are confident working with MarTech tools (ideally Salesforce).
Collaborate effectively in an international multicultural environment.
Show initiative analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
