Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from inception through completion. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while maintaining clear communication across remote teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a focus on clarity and collaboration.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana Trello Jira or Microsoft Project.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing remote teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum or other project management methodologies is a plus.
