PeopleSoft Technical Lead – PeopleTools & PUM

We are currently searching for a PeopleSoft Technical Lead PeopleTools & PUM:

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute PeopleTools and PUM upgrades including hands-on work with versions 8.60 and above.
• Install and configure PeopleTools and PUM images ensuring stable and compliant environments.
• Extract and analyze compare reports and audit reports to support upgrade and maintenance activities.
• Configure troubleshoot and maintain application servers process schedulers and web server domains.
• Manage and support Elasticsearch configuration troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance.
• Use Change Assistant (CA) to extract apply and validate Tools and PUM packages.
• Perform performance tuning of application servers web servers and process schedulers.
• Debug trace and troubleshoot PeopleSoft issues across multiple PeopleSoft technologies.
• Manage Oracle database backups and coordinate database-related support activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience working with PeopleSoft technical environments.
• Proven experience with 23 PeopleTools and PUM upgrades including PeopleTools 8.60.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools installation and configuration.
• Expertise in server configuration and administration (App Server Web Server Process Scheduler).
• Strong PeopleSoft debugging tracing and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using Change Assistant (CA) for Tools and PUM lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Oracle database administration including backups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired

• Lead-level experience in PeopleSoft technical projects.
• Exposure to complex multi-environment PeopleSoft landscapes.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
