We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Cambridge starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Early Years education and enjoys supporting children as they develop foundational skills in literacy numeracy and social interaction.

As an EYFS Teacher you will plan deliver and assess engaging developmentally appropriate lessons that support childrens academic social and emotional development. You will foster curiosity independence and positive learning behaviours while ensuring all pupils including those with SEND and English as an additional language have access to a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan deliver and assess high-quality EYFS lessons across all areas of learning
Promote early literacy numeracy and phonics development
Support childrens social emotional and physical development
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils including SEND and EAL learners
Encourage independence resilience and positive learning behaviours
Maintain a structured safe and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other EYFS staff
Build strong relationships with parents and carers providing regular feedback
Observe record and assess childrens progress accurately
Contribute to staff meetings CPD sessions and whole-school initiatives
Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote pupil welfare
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching in an EYFS or Early Years setting
Be patient nurturing and enthusiastic
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
Be reflective proactive and adaptable
Show a strong commitment to inclusion safeguarding and child wellbeing
Work collaboratively as part of a professional team
