About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the transformation of a largescale ServiceNow HRSD Knowledge Base for a global industrial organisation operating in more than 100 markets.
The goal is to create a worldclass selfservice experience for managers and employees worldwide combining UX expertise information architecture and strategic content design.
You will design clear structures optimise navigation and search and ensure the knowledge base is ready for automation AIdriven interactions and chatbotenabled workflows across HR systems.
What You Will Do
Apply UX best practices to structure content for intuitive selfservice employee journeys
Design and maintain a scalable knowledge architecture optimised for AI automation and chatbot enablement
Closely collaborate with HR subjectmatter experts ServiceNow developers and the AI enablement team
Establish governance frameworks templates and content creation guidelines
Act as the lead UX voice influencing senior stakeholders and guiding the organisations UX maturity
Ensure seamless alignment with broader HR technology and data platforms
Who You Are
Experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong background in information architecture and content strategy
Handson experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar enterprise HR solutions
Skilled in UX writing navigation design content structuring and scalable IA
Familiarity with knowledge management AI search optimisation and chatbot design
Strong communicator able to influence senior leaders and drive UX decisions
Comfortable working in large global crossfunctional environments

Workload: full time
Location: Czechia Slovakia or Hungary (remote)
