Job Summary

As part of its expansion in Florida we are supporting YUPIX in the search for a UX Specialist to lead the user experience within YUPIX Arenas spaces where innovation is experienced firsthand.
Your mission
To ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless memorable and brand-consistent experience combining customer service and technical support with a proactive energetic approach.
Key responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the YUPIX team
Lead the on-site customer experience within the venue
Provide technical support for the use of VR headsets and immersive devices
Guide and assist visitors with calibration and proper use of the technology
Escalate incidents to the IT team when required
Keep the experience space visually appealing and aligned with YUPIXs brand identity
Profile were looking for
Experience or strong interest in technology innovation or immersive environments
3 years of experience in technical support user experience or similar roles
Basic knowledge of hardware networks and mobile devices
Enthusiastic attitude strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
High energy curiosity and a strong service orientation
Native English
