Job Summary
We are working with an Ofsted-rated Outstanding mixed secondary school in Camden recruiting for a Data Analyst. This is a critical role within the schools senior administrative team providing the insights necessary to maintain high academic standards.
The School This Camden-based school is a leader in academic innovation and social mobility. The leadership team relies heavily on data-driven insights to tailor interventions for students. You will work in a professional scholarly environment where your analytical expertise directly impacts student outcomes and school strategy.
The Role This is a full-time permanent position for an ASAP start. You will be responsible for the integrity and analysis of the schools academic and pastoral data sets.
Key responsibilities include:
Reporting: Producing detailed attainment and progress reports for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Governing Body.
Management Information Systems: Managing the schools MIS (e.g. SIMS Arbor or Bromcom) to ensure data accuracy and security.
Visualisation: Creating intuitive dashboards using Power BI or Excel to track student trends and highlight underperformance.
Statutory Returns: Coordinating the schools census returns and ensuring compliance with DfE data requirements.
Exams Support: Assisting the Exams Officer with the analysis of GCSE and A-Level results during the summer results period.
