(Junior) Business Analyst

As a (Junior) Business Analyst in the Trading Business Support team you will: 

• Report to the Trading Business Manager and support them in day-to-day activities. 

• Support Traders and Analysts in administrative and operational matters 

• Handle operational incidents and coordinate between traders and support 

• Drive the improvement of operational and governance frameworks 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to build a comprehensive understanding of internal support processes and market mechanisms 

• Represent the Trading department in projects and working groups 

• Build and maintain close and positive relationships with support units  

• Support the wider management team with administrative tasks within the department. 

Qualifications :

• University degree in business management economics finance or a related field 

• Understanding of commodity trading regulatory frameworks and market venues 

• Experience in project management or business analysis 

• Strong affinity for working with data and digital tools; ability to learn new systems quickly 

• Structured disciplined and solutionoriented working style 

• Ability to multitask prioritize and take ownership of endtoend processes 

• High level of attention to detail 

• Curious proactive and motivated with a willingness to learn and share knowledge 

• Commercial mindset and ability to work independently in an international environment 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Excellent English required; German and/or Norwegian are an advantage.
