Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing individualised support to pupils with SEN to help them access learning
Working alongside teachers to adapt lessons and resources to meet pupil needs
Implementing strategies from EHCPs and individual support plans
Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour management
Encouraging social skills positive interactions and communication
Assisting with transitions between lessons activities and unstructured periods
Supervising pupils at break and lunchtimes
Monitoring pupil progress and recording observations
Providing feedback to teachers SENCOs and external specialists
Supporting personal care needs when necessary with dignity and sensitivity
Promoting independence while offering structured guidance
Contributing to a safe inclusive and nurturing school environment
