Lunchtime is one of the most important parts of a childs day a time to eat play and interact with friends. MDMS is looking for Midday Meal Supervisors to join primary schools across North Kesteven helping to create a safe structured and enjoyable lunchtime for pupils.
You dont need teaching experience what matters is reliability patience and the ability to interact positively with children of all ages.

As a Midday Meal Supervisor youll be the friendly trusted adult children look to during the school day. You will:
Ensure safety in dining areas corridors classrooms and playgrounds
Support pupils during meals especially younger or vulnerable children
Promote positive behaviour and good manners
Supervise outdoor and indoor play encouraging inclusive games
Manage minor behaviour issues calmly and fairly
Offer reassurance to children who may feel upset or anxious
Administer basic first aid if required (training provided)
Report any accidents incidents or safeguarding concerns to school staff
Your presence helps children feel secure confident and ready to learn after lunchtime.
