Responsibilities

• Create tickets based on customers needs and assign these tickets to the designated Retention Managers global wide

• Ensure that our customer accounts are updated with the correct information (Data integrity)

• Analyze and document different sources/platforms that customers contact us on (via web shop/Inside Sales etc.)

• Answer written inquiries through our email system

• Learn and apply retention customer service and sales techniques

• Collaborate and keep a close exchange with the Retention Managers

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders)in the fields of business administration linguistics or any otherrelated subject

• The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last at least 5 months ideally 6 months

• Fluency in Englishis mandatory further languages are a plus

• Service orientation commitment and team spirit

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Follow up on termination tickets and support the team with your team player mentality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• You are open-minded highly motivated passionate and fast- and hard-working

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • 1566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • 1253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • 1400 for a full-time internship position
