The Finance Associate Director Aesthetics DACH is a key strategic partner within Allergan Aesthetics supporting commercial and leadership teams across Germany Austria and Switzerland. Responsible for driving annual planning financial forecasts and performance analysis he ensures integrity compliance and effective management across multiple entities in a complex cluster environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the General Manager and leadership teams to provide strategic financial guidance and support effective business decision making.
- Proactively identify assess and communicate financial risks and opportunities to ensure delivery of business objectives.
- Provide leadership to build maintain and develop a strong as well as high-performing team.
- Act as the primary contact for area teams cross-functional stakeholders internal auditors and external partners.
- Oversee the full budget planning cycle by providing guidance to affiliate finance teams and stakeholders.
- Accurately forecast sales and financial performance challenging commercial models and expense assumptions where needed.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and potential changes in the environment & provide financial counsel and analysis for proposed strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead and optimize Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to ensure appropriate management of demand supply and inventory.
- Ensure timely and compliant financial reporting collaborating with Financial Shared Services and ensuring internal controls are in place.
- Maintain and enhance internal financial controls ensuring adherence to corporate policies and mitigating key financial risks (credit payment fraud treasury etc.).
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in business or finance with 10 years broad financial management and control experience preferably in multinational matrix organizations.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams and leading complex projects of a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong commercial/business performance background (FP&A P&L management).
- Deep expertise in financial statements and reporting as well as dealing with international accounting issues including exchange and entity planning.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and business acumen skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication presentation skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial systems (SAP) and expertise working with spreadsheets and preparing presentations.
- Fluent language skills in English and German written as well as spoken.
