Responsibilities

• Assist our Data Privacy Team and GDPR-Leads in their daily tasks.

• Assistance in executing data subject rights.

• Support with technical assistance for privacy and fraud inquiries.

• Be involved in the set-up and optimization of new GDPR-related processes (e.g. access management per department).

• Create and update reports on data protection topics.

• Work in close cooperation across departments (mainly with our IT Legal R&D Marketing and HR teams).

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Business Administration IT Security Data Protection or similar).

• Strong English and German communication skills.

• Strong Windows skills; experience with ticketing systems is a plus.

• Basic technical software knowledge is an advantage.

• Enjoy working with people and communicating across teams.

• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.

• For internship applicants the position must be a mandatory part of your studies and have a minimum duration of six months

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • 1566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • 1253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • 1400 for a full-time internship position
