Job Mission

As a Marketing Production Designer at Tibber you will support our marketing operations by delivering high-quality creative assets at scale. This is a hands-on maker role focused on executing refining and producing digital design assets across multiple channels ensuring consistency accuracy and speed.

You will work across markets and functions with multiple stakeholders throughout the company but have your home base and closest team members in the central Brand team.

What youll do

Produce final design across channels with emphasis on digital marketing assets like banners social creatives and digital graphics.
Handle versioning adaptation and localization of assets at scale.
Act as a brand guardian to ensure all assets meet brand guidelines accessibility standards and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across brand marketing and local market teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Maintain and help develop design assets templates workflows and production processes.
Leverage AI tools in your daily work and contribute to the development of AI-enabled production workflows.

What were looking for

To be a great match to this role you enjoy a fast-paced dynamic environment and take a solution-oriented approach to managing multiple projects without losing focus. We hope that you:

Have at least 35 years experience in producing high-performing designs in a consumer tech or commercial scale up. Please attach a portfolio with your application
Bring strong execution skills with a sharp eye for detail layout typography and visual consistency.
Are an expert in relevant tools (e.g. Figma Adobe Creative Suite).
Have experience working with digital channels and understand channel-specific production requirements.
Have a growth mindset and and proactively explore how your work can be optimised for commercial results.
Have practical experience in using AI tools to support automation asset generation and workflow optimisation.
Communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders.
