Job Summary
Position- Sales Advisor
Location- Zaandam Netherlands
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to support the sales of electric vehicles and related products. The role involves guiding customers through the purchasing journey delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets while promoting innovative and sustainable mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers identifying their needs and preferences
Provide accurate product information on electric vehicles features pricing and financing options
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs
Prepare quotations sales documentation and coordinate with finance and insurance teams
Follow up on leads inquiries and post-sales customer interactions
Stay informed on product updates market trends and competitor activity
Ensure showroom and vehicle presentation meets brand standards
Adhere to company policies ethical standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is an advantage)
Previous experience in automotive sales retail sales or customer service preferred
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Interest in electric vehicles technology and sustainable mobility
Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
