Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertising clients and AI tool users
Own client communication end-to-end: emails calls follow-ups and proactive check-ins
Translate advertising performance and product insights into clear actionable recommendations
Run biweekly or monthly client calls aligning on goals performance and next steps
Support onboarding and ongoing adoption of the AI ad analysis platform
Gather client and user feedback and turn it into clear insights for internal teams
Collaborate closely with PPC managers product and leadership to ensure client objectives are met
Hold internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines
Track account health satisfaction and risk signals across both service and product clients
Keep CRM documentation and internal tools accurate and up to date
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Client Account Management Experience: Proven background managing client relationships in an agency or service-based environment
Product / SaaS Mindset: Experience in Customer Success Product Success or supporting SaaS users is a big plus
Communication Mastery: Clear confident and professionalboth written and verbal
Analytical Thinking: Comfortable explaining performance data and product insights in plain language
Organization & Ownership: You manage priorities follow through and keep things moving
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like CRMs Google Workspace Slack task management tools and dashboards
Amazon Ads Familiarity: Basic Amazon PPC knowledge or strong motivation to learn quickly
Proactive & Curious: You spot issues early and look for ways to improve client and user experience
