You will join the Sales team and report to our miLibris Director. Our miLibris solution propose tech solutions to publishers and help them digitalize directly. By integrating this team you will drive the growth and performance by maximizing value delivery identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring long-term revenue development.
Secure and grow existing revenue:
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth within the current client base.
Strengthen client relationships to ensure loyalty and long-term value.
Become a strategic partner for publishers:
Manage onboarding deployment and product evolution phases with clients ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build long-term partnerships focused on mutual business growth.
Professionalize MiLibris account management:
Standardize and optimize account management processes for consistency and efficiency.
Implement best practices to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Contribute actively to growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collaborate with teams to drive growth initiatives and implement innovative strategies.
4 years of B2B account management experience ideally in media publishing SaaS or digital solutions for publishers.
Strong understanding of business challenges for publishers: digital distribution subscriptions revenue models and editorial/technical constraints.
Skilled in managing client portfolios securing contract renewals and driving revenue growth via upsell opportunities (features volumes new titles usage extensions).
Proficient in managing onboardings and product deployments collaborating with product technical and support teams in demanding environments.
Excellent customer service operational rigor and strong quality focus.
Strong communication skills able to establish long-term trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders (business product technical management).
Autonomous structured reliable results-oriented with full responsibility for client portfolios.
Fluency in French and English is essential.
