The Revenue Operations Specialist is a hybrid hands-on role supporting both Clinic and Sales Operations. They will coordinate with the on-ground clinic team for day-to-day operations and provide support to Marketing for sales & marketing efforts as needed. This individual works closely with both clinic staff and different Bowtie teams to own clinic-related administrative tasks and deliver a clinic experience consistent with the Bowtie brand to customers.
Clinic Operations
Fully own all clinic-related administrative tasks. Act as primary liaison between Clinic and Bowtie team and as the Clinics frontline to Bowtie for any issues/asks
Develop a solid understanding of clinic processes. Able to identify operational challenges and work with different teams to implement improvements
Work with the Bowtie team to roll out strategic initiatives including expansions new products
Sales Operations
Support the Marketing team with the in-clinic rollout of marketing campaigns
Respond to basic corporate requests for quotations and coordinate outreach events
Coordinate with external vendors or suppliers for inventory pricing or logistics as needed
5 years in operations project coordination or a related field
Proven ability to train and influence administrative / on-ground staff
Agile and able to adapt to changes in strategies or plans
Good with people proactive and strong problem-solving skills
Quick to learn and use new softwares
Experience managing operations in a startup or healthcare environment is a plus
