We are looking for a passionate and visionary individual to join as a Controller Manager who will lead a team of four people focused on Industrial and Financial Controlling. This role will drive financial performance and business growth actively contributing as a member of the finance leadership team ensuring consistency and financial acumen in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day activities within the regional production site.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to develop financial analysis for the organization. You should be comfortable handling large amounts of data acting as a business partner and decision-maker and providing regular financial reporting.
Resposibilities
Statistics: Average Delivery Time Monthly/Accumulated Discounts Delivery Delays TR adisa Sales.
Accounting.
Closing: Internal closing report. OPEX. Monthly guarantees. Closing Analysis.
Payroll:
Monthly review of payroll.
External payroll management.
Monthly provisions.
Bonus payments incentives etc.
Auditing.
Taxes.
Statistical vs. accounting analysis.
Treasury Credit Budget Annual Closing.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Finance or a related field. Minimum 5 years with progressive finance roles.
Previous Industrial Finance Business Partnering.
Ability to work influence and drive inside a matrix environment
