Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker & Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in custom cabinetry millwork fabrication and on-site installation. This role requires strong attention to detail craftsmanship and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate custom cabinets and millwork according to drawings and specifications
Measure cut assemble and finish cabinetry components
Read and interpret blueprints shop drawings and measurements
Install cabinets countertops and related millwork on-site
Ensure installations are level secure and meet quality standards
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely
Install hardware such as hinges drawer slides and handles
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors team members and clients as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker and/or Installer
Strong knowledge of cabinet construction joinery and finishing techniques
Experience with woodworking tools and machinery
Ability to work with various materials (wood MDF laminates veneers)
Strong measuring and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

Formal training or apprenticeship in cabinetry millwork or carpentry
Experience with custom or high-end residential/commercial projects

Work Environment

Shop and on-site installation settings
Physical work including lifting standing and tool operation
